7月，2023全球发明大会中国区全国总决赛在郑州国际会展中心开幕。这项具有国际影响力的友好交流活动，不仅让世界感受到更多中国孩子美好的创新愿望，也向世界传达了郑州全方位、多层次、宽领域的科学普及新格局。

5月，来自海内外的跨境电商领域国际组织代表、外国驻华使节、专家学者、知名商协会和跨境电商企业代表等，齐聚郑州参加第七届全球跨境电子商务大会。大会以“买全球、卖全球”为主题，聚焦当下全球跨境电商发展热点，与会嘉宾共同探讨、交流。

丝路越千年，亚欧一线牵。7月底，外交部第十五届欧洲外交官研讨班在郑州结业。来自匈牙利、克罗地亚、波兰、希腊、德国、荷兰等欧洲国家的外交官满怀好奇探访郑州，见证了这片古老土地的蓬勃今朝。

They waved to the train as it left and applauded. In the Yutong Bus Company's new energy factory area, they took a self-driving bus to visit the factory and were amazed by the advanced technologies they saw. At the Shaolin Temple, they gained a deeper understanding of the charm of Chinese Kung Fu. "As Zhengzhou vibrantly develops technological innovation and adopts further opening-up, the prospect for cooperation between China and Europe is absolutely broad," they commented.

在集装箱林立的郑州国际陆港，这群欧洲外交官纷纷拿出手机拍摄中欧班列(中豫号·郑州)缓缓驶出，并兴奋地向列车挥手，而后送上经久不息的掌声。在宇通客车股份有限公司（新能源厂区），他们乘坐自动驾驶巴士参观厂区，对满满的“黑科技”啧啧称奇。在少林寺，他们更是感受到中国功夫的独特魅力……“科技创新活力十足，开放大门越开越大，与欧洲的合作前景十分广阔。”外交官们如是说。
