“1米高度”是孩子们视角的高度，也是城市对儿童表达善意的选择。近日，郑州市儿童友好城市建设工作推进会召开，拟从社会政策友好、公共服务友好、权利保障友好、成长空间友好、发展环境友好五个层面推进建设，引入“1米高度看郑州”儿童视角，落实儿童友好理念。

Building a child-friendly environment helps ensure the city's future. A child-friendly city takes account of the needs of children separately from those of adults all the way from making policies to arranging tables and chairs, all to ensure children's access to public spaces, facilities, environment and services that are safe, convenient, comfortable and inclusive.

对儿童友好，就是在对城市的未来负责。一座儿童友好城市，不能只考虑成年人的需求，也应常思儿童之需，大至宏观政策的制定，小到一桌一椅的配置，都要考虑得更细致，让孩子们享有安全、便捷、舒适、包容的城市公共空间、设施、环境和服务。

Zhengzhou is a young and vibrant megacity home to a large number of children. In recent years, Zhengzhou has attached great importance to supporting children's causes. It has issued a series of laws, regulations and policies that promote the healthy growth of children, and has achieved initial results towards the construction of a child-friendly city. With continuously improved living standards, people have higher expectations towards raising children and supporting the disadvantaged.  

Becoming a child-friendly city is not just a top-level design goal but a larger public campaign. Zhengzhou will provide standards for the planning, construction and renovation of various children development spaces and facilities, forming a Zhengzhou Method of child-friendly city construction. It has set 40 key tasks to promote the construction of a child-friendly city.

“儿童友好”不仅是一种顶层设计，更是一种集体行动。郑州开始为各类儿童友好空间和设施规划建设、改造提供标准化引导，让儿童友好城市空间建设有了“郑州标准”。同时，郑州还部署了40项重点工作推动儿童友好城市建设。

A good city should listen to children and support their dreams. To improve friendly public service and demonstrate the warmth of the developing city, Zhengzhou will incorporate children's perspectives by considering children's needs. It will increase the supply of inclusive services to improve facilities like municipal construction and public buildings, as well as services like in education, medical care, culture and sports. It will provide guidance on the protection of child rights, provide insurance for children in low-income families and improve the child welfare guarantee. It will improve growth spaces to enable children to live in a broader and high-quality environment. At the same time, it will take steps to create a safe, warm, open and inclusive social environment, a cleaner network environment, harmonious school campuses, and a sound family environment, working to build a harmonious and happy humanistic environment.

最好的城市，一定是倾听孩子声音、成就孩子梦想的城市。郑州为推进公共服务友好，彰显城市建设内在温度，从儿童视角出发，以儿童需求为导向，将增加普惠服务有效供给，既要改善市政建设、公共建筑等方面的“硬设施”，又要提高教育、医疗、文化体育等方面的“软服务”。为推进权利保障友好，不让一个孩子掉队，还会为困境儿童兜底，提高儿童福利保障水平。推进成长空间友好，让孩子们有更多地方可以“跑起来”，让儿童也可受益于更高品质的居住环境。同时，营造安全温暖、开放包容的社会环境，持续净化网络环境，保障校园安全，将良好家风吹入万家，共同打造和睦美满的人文环境……

从各个层面落实儿童友好理念，是郑州对儿童潜移默化中爱意的表达。校园周围的人车分流、游乐设施的安全保障、环境舒适的母婴室、随处可见的亲子共享单车……相信在不远的将来，“儿童友好”不再是一个理念，而是一个个润物无声的生活场景。

A child's perspective is a unique window into city life. Zhengzhou will keep improving itself as a child-friendly city.
