It has refined urban services into 47,000 micro-grids in communities and assigned full-time grid administrators to each. In this way, every grid acts as the basic and vigilant element for urban management. From commercial centers to old communities, from hydrological monitoring along the banks of the Yellow River to food safety in farmers' markets, these "smallest administrative units" are linked with the three-level intelligent command center through intelligent terminals. As a result, municipal instructions can be sent to all grid administrators within 10 seconds. In 2023, more than 5 million people's livelihood demands were handled efficiently.

Additionally, it has mobilized retired teachers to form a "Silver-haired Mediation Team", and recruited 4,800 couriers and delivery men to serve as "Urban Mobile Guardians". Currently, an organic connection has been established among 39,400 grid-based party organizations, 14,000 social organizations, and 21,000 self-organized mass groups. This ecosystem of diversified co-governance has enabled the city to achieve a case settlement rate and public satisfaction rate of over 95%, demonstrating the wisdom of the concept that "everyone is a service provider".

The "One-Code Traceability" system in farmers' markets safeguards food safety. Additionally, large models and cloud computing have powered the establishment of a matrix of "One Industry, One Chain", which assists in remote investment promotion and negotiation. Citizens can submit issues through the government affairs platform, and AI automatically classifies and reports them quickly, making urban government services as convenient as online shopping.

The achievements of intelligent services are shining on the streets of Zhengzhou, standing as a testament to the refined services of a modern city. When a food delivery rider discovers a pothole on the road during a delivery, he takes a photo with his mobile phone and uploads it to the platform. The system automatically assigns the task within 10 seconds, and the problem is investigated and addressed within 2 hours. Joint management centers have been established in large commercial districts. When merchants encounter fire hazards or consumer disputes, they can contact, with just one click, the cross-departmental teams including market supervision, emergency response, and public security departments for coordinated handling. Under the collaboration of grid-based management and intelligent systems, Zhengzhou is leveraging the combined power of technology and co-governance to transform the urban services of a city with a population of tens of millions into a tangible sense of happiness for its citizens.
