For the youth, a livable environment is essential in pursuing a career. Zhengzhou has established 42 Youth Talent Hostels with 5,920 beds, offering free stays for the first 7 days to address the initial lodging needs of young newcomers. Additionally, the city operates 65,000 youth talent apartments, the most in the country, providing stable housing services for young professionals. It has taken the lead in launching 4,324 affordable housing units, achieving a national "double first" in terms of delivery for occupancy and issuance of property certificates. These efforts convey the city's sincerity in offering a welcoming home, and facilitates their settlement in Zhengzhou.
