Henan Launches Initial Inspections of Parallel Imported Vehicles Entering the Country

On the last day of February, the first legal inspection line for parallel imported vehicles in the Central Plains region with dual CNAS and CMA qualification certifications completed entry inspection for the first time. The inspected vehicle was transported directly from Germany to Zhengzhou via the China-Europe Railway Express.
2月最后一天，中原地区第一条同时具备CNAS与CMA双资质认证的平行进口车法检线，首次完成了平行进口车的入境检验。此次被检车辆经中欧班列运输，由德国直达郑州。
The successful entry inspection for parallel imported vehicles marks a groundbreaking shift in the Central Plains region's capability to handle such inspections. This not only addresses the critical challenges faced by enterprises importing vehicles in the region, but also lays a solid foundation for the comprehensive advancement of parallel import vehicle businesses there. Furthermore, it caters to the consumer demands in the Central Plains area, fosters integrated development between the Jingkai Comprehensive Bonded Zone and the vehicle import port, and injects new momentum into Zhengzhou's endeavor to become an international consumer center.

Zhengzhou's First Intercontinental Flight Route Inaugurated
郑州首条洲际航线开通
On March 11th, a Korean Air B777 cargo plane made a smooth landing at Zhengzhou Airport. Within two hours it had departed, carrying 95 tons of e-commerce goods directly to Chicago. This marks the official launch of the regular Seoul - Zhengzhou - Chicago full-cargo flight route, which is also the first intercontinental direct full-cargo flight route operated by Korean Air at Zhengzhou Airport.
3月11日，一架大韩航空B777全货机在郑州机场平稳着陆，并于2小时之后乘载95吨电商货物直飞芝加哥，标志着首尔—郑州—芝加哥定期全货运航线正式开通，这也是大韩航空在郑州机场运营的首条洲际直达定期全货运航线。
This route is the first launched this year at Zhengzhou Airport utilizing the Fifth Freedom of the Air, primarily transporting e-commerce parcels and electronic products. Following the inauguration of this route, Korean Air's flights from Zhengzhou Airport will increase to three per week. The opening of the Zhengzhou-Chicago route will further enhance economic exchanges and cooperation between Zhengzhou and North America.
该航线是今年郑州机场开通的首条使用第五航权的航线，主要运输电商包裹、电子产品等货物，航线开通后大韩航空在郑州机场每周运营的航班量由两班提升至3班。郑州—芝加哥航线的开通，将进一步加强郑州与北美地区的经济交流与合作。
Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone Sends Out Its First TIR Large-Cargo Transport Vehicle
郑州航空港发出首个TIR大件货物运输车辆
On March 11th, two cross-border international road transport vehicles, loaded with large equipment, embarked on their journey from the Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone to Uzbekistan. This marks the first domestic TIR transport operation hauling large cargo. Direct transport from start to finish is possible with a single declaration and document, and this event signifies the advent of a new era of diversified development in China's TIR transportation.
3月11日，两台装载大件设备的跨境国际公路运输车辆自郑州新郑综合保税区发车，开启了前往乌兹别克斯坦的旅程，这也是国内第一单以运输大件货物为主的TIR运输业务，一次申报、一车到底、一证直达，标志着中国TIR运输进入了多元化发展的新时代。
Since February 2023, Zhengzhou Customs has supported enterprises in Henan Province in successively launching three cross-border road transport routes, including "Zhengzhou-Moscow", "Zhengzhou-Tashkent" and "Zhengzhou-Vientiane". An accumulative total of more than 200 cross-border road transport vehicles have been supervised, with vehicles operating under the "China Truck" TIR transportation system accounting for nearly 70% of the national total. This development has provided a stable new international logistics channel for over 120 foreign trade enterprises.
自2023年2月以来，郑州海关支持河南省企业先后开通“郑州—莫斯科”“郑州—塔什干”“郑州—万象”等跨境公路运输线路3条，累计监管跨境公路运输车辆超过200辆次，其中监管“中国车”TIR运输车辆占全国近七成，为120余家外贸企业提供了稳定的国际物流新通道。
The establishment of these transport "arteries" continuously injects new vitality into Zhengzhou's economic development, bolstering its irreplaceable role as a hub connecting domestic and international realms and radiating logistics channels across all directions.
